Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the daily administrative operations of the clinic’s front office and patient services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Checking patients in and out
 Handling new and existing patient inquiries
 Filing patient charts and correspondence
 Posting daily payments
 Accurately taking and delivering messages
 Scheduling appointments
 Providing support to Physicians
Interactions:
Interacts frequently with patients, clinic personnel and outside referral sources personnel by telephone,
correspondence and personal contact.
Qualifications and Requirements:
 2+ years in handling patient needs in a medical front office preferred
 Ability to multi-task and shift projects
 Computer proficient with a willingness to learn our intake and patient care systems
 Associates Degree, or equivalent experience
 Strong references
Knowledge and Skills and abilities:
 Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work in a team environment
