Job Summary:

Responsible for outreach to the professional community and local community that encompasses the messaging and objectives of Amen Clinics Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain frequent contact and communication with referral sources to build and improve our mutual businesses and patient care. Frequency and methods dictated by the Director of Professional Development. Means of communication may include telephonic, email, social media, and in person contact.
  • Responsible for increasing the number of professionally referred patients to the clinic (measured by revenue/scan count)
  • Demonstrate strong business development acumen, including the ability to develop and strengthen professional relationships
  • Timely follow-up on all professional inquiries and leads (within 24 hours)
  • Successfully communicate marketing messages in-person, over the phone, via web and email. Marketing materials and resources will be provided.
  • Consistently communicate with a high-degree of professionalism (internal and external)
  • Coordinate and lead weekly tours for prospective professional referents
  • Organize and coordinate trainings, community events, and in-service professional events
  • Organize and coordinate quarterly clinic events each year
  • Research and report on professional industry trends
  • Compile and analyze market data; making determinations for potential business throughout the process
  • Implement monthly, seasonal and annual marketing strategies, and evaluate results accordingly
  • Maintain an internal database of past, current and future referral sources
  • Provide weekly and monthly marketing reports to supervisor in a timely manner
  • Regular communication with the Outreach team in multiple formats, such as online project management software, email and phone
  • Ability to meet and exceed defined goals, working independently and as a member of the Outreach team
  • Flush out and roll up needs and concerns to your supervisor that are roadblocks to success


Frequent (daily) interaction with outside referral sources, clinic and corporate personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of three years marketing and business development experience
  • Must have strong references
  • Must have valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and the use of a car for work related meetings and events
