The Client Care Coordinator will be required to handle heavy phone traffic, answer questions about our services and goods, address and overcome prospective client objections, close the sale and schedule the clients.
Success in this position requires an intimate knowledge of the goods and services being sold, great communication skills, sales experience, self-motivation, and being a collaborative team player.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Answer phone promptly and in a professional manner
 Receive inbound calls from prospective and current clients with service inquiries
 Place outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients
 Accurately maintain EHR database including documenting all call information
 Relay messages to Patient Care Coordinators accurately and timely
 Transfer incoming calls to the appropriate recipient in a timely and efficient manner

 Healthcare Call Center and/or Residential Treatment Intake experience a plus
 Must possess knowledge about the services we offer and be able to provide recommendations if appropriate
 2 years customer service and/or sales experience
 Exceptional phone etiquette
 Professional demeanor
 Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
 Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
 Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
 Strong verbal communication skills
 Computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office 2010
 Strong interpersonal skills
