Job Title:         Customer Care Specialist

Reports to:      BrainMD Call Center Manager


JOB SUMMARY:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, process orders and handle and resolve complaints.  Provide “Impeccable Customer Care” by nurturing and fostering trust among our customer and patient base.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Receives and responds to customers' requests by telephone, mail or e-mail, analyzes requests, make necessary corrections to records or adjusts errors accordingly. Each business day must conclude with all issues resolved to the best of our ability.
  • Provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information and routes the request to the proper person.
  • Traces status of orders through any system available.
  • Resolves customer questions related to orders.
  • Takes customer phone orders.
  • Has working knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services, and similar data as required.
  • Has an understanding of general nutrition and the benefits of dietary supplements.
 
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists in Returns and Replacements as needed.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
 
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience customer service positions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pleasant telephone voice/manner
  • Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
  • Ability to adequately compose correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skills
